Vacant Land

Vacant land has many subtypes each with their own issues: Non-platted land; land with ongoing construction; land subject to environmental issues; land with obsolete buildings; residential vacant land; commercial vacant land; etc.

AMB Beacon Lakes - A massive mixed use development west of the Turnpike in Miami Dade County. The various land parcels are individually reviewed as assessments must be based on what can be developed in the immediate future. 

Epic Hotel and Residences - This is the site of the former Dupont Hotel in downtown Miami. We have been obtaining tax relief during the planning and construction stages and are set to begin the review process of the first of two completed mixed use buildings. 

Boca Lago Country Club - We are representing the Club's various land parcels that include a golf course, tennis courts, clubhouse, parking and vacant parcels.
