Timeshare Properties

The laws governing the assessments of timeshares are different from every other type of real property.  We are experienced and knowledgeable on all aspects of these issues.

Golden Strand – Have successfully represented 152 units in various years since 1994.

Ocean Plaza and McAlpin Hotels - Both properties, located on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach are represented on behalf of the timeshare unit owners. Both properties underwent extensive renovations and conversions to timeshare ownership. Our representation includes reviewing and appealing upcoming assessments, applying for various tax benefits under the Florida Enterprise Zone Program and applying for various tax benefits under Federal, State and County programs related to rehabilitation of these historic properties.

Plantation Beach Club - We were able to reduce assessments in past years based on hurricane related issues and weekly sale prices.
