We work closely with our clients and their accountants in the filing of the annual returns. We appeal the assessments as necessary and advisable to insure the application of proper depreciation schedules, removal of non-taxable items, etc.  

Loews Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel – We assist in the preparation and filing of the annual tangible personal property tax returns and annual appeals.

Ritz Carlton Hotel - South Beach – We work closely with the Hotel's CPA's and file appeals as necessary and advisable.

Dezer Properties – Owner of numerous hotels and condo-hotel units in Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach. We work to insure reasonable levels of assessments.
