1428 Brickell Avenue – Negotiated a favorable three (3) year settlement and maintained subsequent reasonable levels of assessments through annual appeals.

Radice Center I – Reduced the assessment after loss of the anchor tenant and have maintained reasonable assessment levels during the successful re-leasing program.

RFR Holdings – We are pleased to have been chosen to represent the  office portfolio in Palm Beach County.  The Company owns such New York City landmarks as the Seagram Building and Lever House.

RREEF - Successful annual representation since 1994, including 255 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables.

3rd Party Management Firms - We work closely with most of the well known large and small 3rd party managment/leasing real estate firms to insure proper levels of real estate tax assessments on behalf of the Property owners - our mutual clients!
